If you change your mind after making a purchase, or if you have purchased an incorrect item, you may exchange your product for a different product offered by the Supplier within 7 days of the purchase. If there is not a suitable product that can be exchanged for your returned item you will be offered a credit on your account or a refund of the price you actually paid, subject to the restocking fee set out below. To exchange a product, be offered a credit on your account, or to receive a refund, goods must be sealed and unopened, with packaging in original condition, and the Supplier will need to be notified within 7 days of your purchase. Any special order items are excluded and cannot be returned or exchanged if you change your mind.

Restocking fees: If the Supplier accepts a return of a product that is not faulty because you change your mind, there will be a restocking fee equal to at least 20% of the purchased price. Delivery, service and assembly fees are not refunded at all.

If you have been accidentally supplied the wrong product, the Supplier will supply the correct product (where it is available) or issue a credit / refund. In these circumstances, if the Act applies to the purchase, the Supplier will meet its obligations under the Act. Otherwise, if the Act does not apply:

·         to supply the correct product the incorrect product will first need to be returned to the Supplier;

·         the Supplier will need to be notified within 7 days of purchase or delivery;

·         the incorrect product supplied must be in resalable or unused condition.

Without limiting any rights you have under the Act, if your product is faulty or has stopped working as intended and is still within the warranty period specified when you purchased your product, you will need to return the item to the Supplier’s store, then the Supplier will first try and repair your product, if the product is beyond repair, the Supplier will provide a replacement product. If neither of these options are applicable the Supplier will issue a credit or refund. In order to repair, replace or issue a credit or refund for your faulty product, it will need to be returned to the Supplier so that the Supplier can test and confirm that it is faulty. Returns of this nature can be made any time within the warranty period and it is your responsibility to cover any costs of returning the product to the Supplier.

 These Terms are effective from 2 October 2021.
