PRODUCTS THAT ARE FAULTY WITHIN THE WARRANTY PERIOD

If neither of these options are applicable the Supplier will issue a credit or refund. In order to repair, replace or issue a credit or refund for your faulty product, it will need to be returned to the Supplier so that the Supplier can test and confirm that it is faulty.
