All orders placed online at www.techium.co.nz are confirmed and verified within 2 working days from the date of the order, and our packaging team packages the products as soon as the order is verified.
We use a variety of courier service providers for our shipping.
Once the item has been packaged and the courier has been booked, you will be sent your tracking number information to keep you updated of where your package is at all times. All verified orders will be shipped to your delivery address as soon as reasonably possible, and no later than 14 days after the order has been placed.
If your items have not arrived within a reasonable period of time, please contact us so we can help you locate the item.
